I took the opportunity to make these sweet little cards using the Little Friends stampset. I used the Tea for Two Designer Series Paper and used the same colour palette in colouring the stamped images. I have used copic makers to colour in the stamped images. I have also used a sneek peak of the Banner Greetings Hostess stampset.
Stampin up Designer Series Paper Colour Pallete - Calypso Coral, Early Expresso, Island Indigo, Lucky Limade, Pretty in Pink, So Saffron and Very Vanilla.
I combined a couple of awesome stampsets to create my version of my pinspiration.

I loved making this card as I am loving experimenting with the new! The new for me is Chevron - boy I am loving it. The boldness in this card is so striking and I am very happy with the result.
I smooch spritz this card using frost white shimmer paint and Isocol to add a touch of glimmer to the card. I couldn't help myself. It is hard to see in the photo but the glimmer is definitely there.
I am entering this card in the Just Add Ink Blog Challenge. Below is the inspirational photo.

Made for a pure and special couple who is to get married next weekend.
Using Gold embossing powder for the cake I used my long time favourite stampset "For the Bride" with a current single stampet "Mr & Mrs" also embossed with gold.
I have created a layered labels front for this easel card using a special technique that I have learnt. It is so much fun to create such an effective card front.

My son Saxon is going to a 9th birthday party today. Here is the card I made for his mate Conor. Saxon's brief was to "keep it simple mum & he totally loves Lego". I think I met his brief
I am totally loving making Easel Cards at the moment. I love the idea of giving an easel card to friends and family as they always seem to keep it up longer than an ordinary card and it is usually displayed on their benches or bookshelves. This card is made for a teacher at my kids school that is currently recovering from surgery.
I have combined all of my favourites in this one card! Layered Framelits technique is so effective plus its an interactive card with my favourite vintage style colours (Soft Suede, Crumb Cake with a splash of Cherry Cobbler).
I was asked to make a non traditional baby card not using pinks or blues. So I opted for brights since it is such a joyous occasion.
I have had the pleasure in making a masculine card, which is something I don't do very often. I pulled out some old stampets like Extreme Elements and combined it with some new ones like Clockworks to create this card.
I have been introduced to Copic colouring over the past couple of months and I have slowly but surely been creating some pieces that I can reference to.
I have stumbled across a blog called http://copicoz.blogspot.com.au/ where they have blank templates to use to practice on. There are great tips, colour references and is an Australian Blog. Aussie Aussie Aussie Oi Oi Oi.
I purchased my first blending journal Friday night and look forward to putting my copic work of art pieces in it.
Each workshop is held for about 2 hours and you or your child will walk away having completed 3 projects, shared some nibblies and a guaranteed proud smile on their face.
Each workshop is $15 per person and all cardstock and supplies will be provided.
I also have my working with children Blue Card to reassure any new families who are interested in coming to my kids classes. A big thanks to all my families who continue to support and help me share the love of paper crafting.
Please contact me by email or phone for more information or workshop times. I regularly update my blog for dates.
