This clean and simple card has a rich regal elegant feel to it don't you think?
Night of Navy Ribbon and Ink has been used with a very light sponging on the centre panel for an extra touch of colour.
In the centre of the ribbon I have used Inspired By Stamping Medium Flowers (Dark Blue). I have added some extra sparkle to the flower by brushing some Wink of Stella clear on the tips of the flower petals.
Large intricate dies has been cut out using whisper white cardstock.
The stamped birthday sentiment on the centre panel is from Inspired By Stamping 'Small Fancy Labels 18'.
