This clean and simple card was fun to make. I used the "Celebrate 2 years" stampset as a fun summer card for the Inspired By Stamping Design Team. To make the hot air balloons pop off the card I have used foam adheasives, I did the same with the designer series paper by cutting out extra clouds from the same paper collection too....
