In today's card I will be showing you how to make a 3D flower using your Blossom Punch. This technique is a fabulous technique to use to jazz up a card with a simple embellishment like a flower.

Angela Norval who I have recently named my "laughing buddy" is my biggest advocate in pushing me to growing my business to its maximum potential. Angela is such a talented writer and has recently submitted an article about me and my business in the local paper. Angela and I met through our kids at St Joseph's Primary school and through our kids have become the closest of friends. I love and cherish not only Angela but her beautiful family.





Last but not least is my Best Friend Nikki. I have known Nikki now for such a long time through our working together back in the day of recruitment to each having 3 kiddies each. Nik and I are like two peas in one pod, people will often comment how much alike we are that we even scare our husbands! I couldn't have asked for better soul sister to be in my life. Our eldest sons are also BFF's and are more like brothers than BFF's.

In this project I used up bits and pieces of Stampin Up Designer Series Paper scraps that I have in my "will some day use scraps" pile and thought its about time I used them. Paper piecing is a great way to use up scraps that you have lying around and didn't want to throw out. As you can see the cupcake has 3 different types of designer series papers so I stamped the image 3 times and fussy cut around the pieces I wanted to play with to make a whole cupcake. You too can do this technique have a look at your stamps and see what you can create using left over scraps of paper. I will show this card on my You Tube Tutorial on Friday so watch this space. Jo
