Hi All, Today's post is about a sweet simple card set that is quick easy PLUS be mass produced!

Supplies - 4 x4 white card stock base, 3 3/4 inch black matting or plain pattern paper, water colour card stock twine, circle dies, distress inks and an aqua brush.

Steps -
  1. I first heat embossed using clear embossing powder on the black cardstock, you can use any striped stampset or background stampset such as Inspired By Stamping Basics Lines OR alternatively you can use pattern paper. I wrapped some white and gold twine around the black cardbase towards the top and mounted this on the white card base.
  2. I die cut white cardstock with a stitched circle die. Inspired By Stamping has one that is in their Fancy Labels 3 Nesting Dies collection.  I have used the Fancy Circles stampset as they have beautiful script medium size sentiments perfect for a multiple of occasions with Versafine Onyx Black Ink stamped on the top right of each circle die cut.
  3. For the flowers I have used the Flower of the Month "Poppies  which  I stamped the images with Distress Inks Mustard Seed, Worn Lipstick & Ripe Persimmon on water colour cardstock . I used my aqua brush pentel pen to drag colour from the stamped image and picked up extra colour to  colour the alternate leaves adding contrast to the petals. Each flower was then cut individually and placed on the bottom right of the circle.
I created these cards production line format where I took each step and repeated it as many times as I needed for each set. I made 3 sets each for my kids school teachers to give for the end of year presents.  Hope you enjoyed today's blog post and don't forget to visit the Inspired By Stamping blog for more inspiration and tutorials. - http://joannamunster.com/
