I have created this card based on achieving a water colouring look with Stampin Up Ink Pads (dye inks). I stamped my Field Flowers image with the stamp pads then spritzing it with a water mister. The trick is to use water colour cardstock / paper so the you can layer the image as much as you like.as I find this cardstock loves layering as it is a thicker cardstock.  I also used the Smooch Spritz Gold Glow on top of my projects to add an overall shimmer to the card.

The cardstock measures 11 x 4 1/8. Cut card stock length ways from 1 to 6 1/2 inch mark. Holding the cardstock length ways and looking at it with the cuts starting on the left side the 1st score line is at the 1 inch mark all the way down , then score at the 2 inch mark to the cut line only and again from the bottom. Score at the 5 1/2 inch mark in between the the cut lines only. The last score line is at the 6 1/2 inch mark to the cut lines only and again on from the bottom.
